🔧 Обов'язки

Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics, including conversion rates, ROI, and user engagement. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance continually.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their needs are met, providing necessary support, and optimizing collaboration opportunities.
Technical part: post back, ad campaigns settings in Binom (CPC, CPL), etc. 
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

‼️ Вимоги

Proven experience (2+ years) in affiliate marketing
Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing metrics
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools is a plus
